The National Ranger Association is actively supporting the Rangers participating in the 2015 Warrior Challenge (A part of the Pensacola Marathon). This team of Ranger qualified soldiers is setting out to raise $30,000 to support Vetaran and military family causes.
The Warrior Challenge got its framework when former Army Ranger Brad King decided that he wanted to support his brothers in arms even though he was no longer in the military. He decided he would run the Pensacola Marathon with combat boots on and carrying a ruck sack with 50 lbs. over the 26.2 mile course. His plan was to raise some money and donate it to organizations that support the Military.
